Our apostolic, prophetic intercessory prayer ministry mission is to spread the message of Jesus Christ love and compassion through the teachings of God’s infallible, eternal holy scriptures. We believe that everyone has the right to be reborn and filled with the Holy Spirit. This can only be achieved by confession unto salvation and through an understanding and belief in the redemptive gospel of Jesus Christ.

Romans 10:9 

Because if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

 John 3:17

For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.

John 12:46–47

I have come as a light into the world, that whoever believes in me may not remain in the darkness. If anyone listens to my sayings, and doesn’t believe, I don’t judge him. For I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

Model Home Ministries is the faith-based initiative of TOUCH Outreach & Development Inc. We have been serving men and women in ministry as well as the community for over 30 years, providing a space for people to come gather together to pray, worship and learn of Sovereign God’s redemptive purpose and promises for our lives through Jesus Christ. We believe in the transformative power of prayer coupled with faith and God’s infallible word that changes lives in the body of Christ, within our communities and this world for the better. We continue to hold that commission close to our hearts.

John 10:11

Matthew 28:19

At Model Home Ministries, we believe in the power of salvation, love, forgiveness, grace and God’s redemptive purpose for humanity. We strive to live our life in pursuit of God’s promised destiny for our lives, and we hope to inspire others to do the same. We believe that everyone has a purpose and a place in this world, and that through salvation, we can mature and grow into the full stature of Jesus Christ and be as One in the Father even as Christ is one in the Father; in so, we regain through Christ Jesus all that Adam (man) had lost.

The Bible 

The Bible, the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God without error in the original writings, and are the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men, and the divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life.

God

There is one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three manifestations: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, the complete and final sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.

The Holy Spirit

The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and during this age, to convict men of sin, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service. 

Man

Man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost, and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained.

Salvation

The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and thus become children of God. 

The Church

The true Church is composed of all such persons, who through saving faith in Jesus Christ, has been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ of which He is the head.

Water Baptism 

Water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as personal Saviour, is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life.

John 3:16

For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.

Matthew 3:11

As for me, I baptize you with water because of [your] repentance [that is, because you are willing to change your inner self—your old way of thinking, regret your sin and live a changed life], but He (the Messiah) who is coming after me is mightier [more powerful, more noble] than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to remove [even as His slave]; He will baptize you [who truly repent] with the Holy Spirit and [you who remain unrepentant] with fire (judgment).

John 17:20-23 

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word;  that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.  And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one:  I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

Ephesian 4:13

until we all reach oneness in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, [growing spiritually] to become a mature believer, reaching to the measure of the fullness of Christ [manifesting His spiritual completeness and exercising our spiritual gifts in unity]
